What equipment do I need?

Equipment recommendations vary by program level, but most programs use combinations of:

  • Dumbbells

  • Resistance bands

  • Bench or sturdy surface

  • Optional cardio equipment

Can I cancel anytime?

How does Train Capable work?

Members purchase their selected training plan directly through the website. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an invitation to the Train Capable App within 24 hours.

The app is where all training, communication, and tracking takes place.

Where do I access my workouts?

All workouts and training programs are delivered through the Train Capable App.

Inside the app you’ll find:

  • Daily workouts

  • Exercise videos and instructions

  • Progress tracking

  • Program updates

How do I communicate with my coach?

All coaching communication takes place inside the app.

This helps keep your workouts, questions, feedback, and progress all in one place for the best coaching experience.

 

Do I have to track nutrition in the app?

No — nutrition tracking is optional.

However, it is highly encouraged if your goals include:

  • Fat loss

  • Muscle building

  • Performance improvements

  • Better recovery and energy

The app allows you to track nutrition and habits if you choose to use those features.

 

Can I connect my fitness watch or wearable?

Yes. You can connect compatible fitness devices and apps inside the platform.

This is optional, but encouraged for:

  • Activity tracking

  • Heart rate monitoring

  • Calorie tracking

  • Overall progress monitoring
