Sheri built Train Capable on the belief that fitness should prepare you for life not just workouts. Her training style blends strength, mobility, conditioning, and yoga into a system that develops bodies that are not only strong, but capable, resilient, and adaptable.
She’s known for creating challenging, smart programming that pushes clients while keeping a strong focus on movement quality and longevity. From lifting heavier to moving more freely, Sheri helps people build real-world strength and confidence that carries outside the gym.
With extensive training across multiple yoga disciplines and strength certifications, Sheri bridges the gap between performance and recovery helping clients train with purpose and progress with intention.
